Yes! We are a pet-friendly community that welcomes residents’ dogs, cats, birds and fish. Dogs must be approved by the Executive Director, who determines acceptable pet residency. For the safety and comfort of all residents and guests, residents are responsible for their pets at all times and must adhere to the pet policy.
Smoking is not allowed. Cogir on Napa Road is a smoke-free community.
Whether they sip a delicious tea near the fireplace, enjoy a good read in the library or have fun during bi-weekly happy hours, residents experience the best of life. They can bask in the sun at the outdoor lounge spaces, walk their pup in the dog park or hang around by the BBQs, all while having access to a rose garden in their courtyard.
