Treva brings over 16 years of operations, marketing and leadership experience to her role as Director of Operations for the Western Region. Prior to working with Cadence Senior Living, Treva held positions as an Executive Director and Operations Specialist with other senior living communities.
Most recently, Treva held the Regional Director of Operations for Pacifica Senior Living where she provided strategic leadership in all aspects of operations for communities in seven different states. Treva is passionate about offering residents and families piece-of-mind and meaningful experiences, while motivating and empowering our community teams to be the best at caring for our residents.
Prior to senior living Treva managed skating and sports complexes for 22 years. Treva is a proud mom of three sons that served in the military—two in the Air Force and one in the Navy.
David brings over 30 years of long-term and skilled nursing experience to Cadence. David has experience in many facets of long-term care including developing and implementing national medication service programs designed to reduce costs, consultation in development and community planning as wells as sales and marketing.
Most recently David was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for a Seattle-based Living Care Lifestyles a senior living company that served communities in five states and had over 750 team members. A huge believer in disruption of the status quo in Modern Aging solutions, he recognizes the opportunity for optimal differentiation in the senior living marketplace.
David is an active member of the Western Washington aging community serving on board for the Sound Generations of King County, Gen Pride and Washington State Task force in long-term care reform and helping to found The Puget Sound Healthcare Professionals to name a few.
Throughout David’s career he has been passionate about improving services and enriching the quality of life for all seniors and families of choice. While not working you can find David hiking, spending time with his family, walking his dogs and traveling.
Michelli has more than 20 years of experience in real estate accounting. Michelli supports all accounting and reporting responsibilities for several of the communities in Cadence’s portfolio. After earning a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Western International University, Michelli began working with various organizations in the areas of auditing, public corporations and property accounting – including Cushman and Wakefield and Healthcare Trust of America. Michelli’s leadership skills and senior living community experience makes her a valuable part of the Cadence family.
As Vice President of Culinary Experience, Dale Schall has over 30 years of experience in delivering high quality food service and management as well as expertise in kitchen design. Most recently, Dale was General Manager at Sodexo Corporate Services where he managed the food service program for multiple corporate campuses. Dale has also been the Executive Chef at Sierra Pointe Retirement Community where he handled kitchen operations and design, as well as menu development and delivery of fine cuisine, as well as Executive Chef for Arizona Catering and Epicurean Events.
Mike has over 20 years of experience in senior living, medical care and health care operations and marketing. Prior to joining Cadence, Mike worked for PruittHealth in Atlanta, Georgia for nine years in various roles including managing several assisted living and skilled nursing portfolios in the Southeastern United States.
Mike has also served community Executive Director roles in Georgia as well as being an owner/operator of an assisted living community. Mike is responsible for the operations of the Southeast Region for Cadence. Mike is a graduate of the University of Georgia at Athens and resides in Georgia.
With over 30 years of experience in senior living, Kenlynn acts as a liaison between Cadence community Business Office Directors and the Cadence Corporate Finance and Accounting Team. Kenlynn has a proven track record of creating, implementing and managing strategies to enhance operations and delivery. Prior to joining Cadence, Kenlynn worked for Atria Senior Living with roles as Activity Lifestyle Director to most recently Community Business Director at Sierra Point.
Valerie supports all accounting and reporting responsibilities for Cadence’s Southeast Region portfolio as well as certain other communities. After earning a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, Valerie began working with various organizations in the areas of auditing, public corporations and property accounting – including four years at REDW CPA.
Valerie’s leadership skills and involvement with financial policy creation and writing has made her a valuable asset in helping to manage Cadence community properties.
Barbara provides support to Cadence marketing and finance departments as well as manages the office. Barbara was previously at Keats Connelly where she was an executive level administrator supporting the Chief Compliance Officer, focusing on marketing initiatives and development. Her previous experience as a marketing administrator and executive assistant has made her a valued asset in supporting day-to-day marketing and accounting administration responsibilities.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication, Mallory Foster brings her communication and organizational skills to help ensure that administrative and office tasks are running smoothly and efficiently. Mallory is passionate and committed to contributing to the growth of the executive team and relies on her experience as a Executive Assistant at Goodwill Industries of Southern Rivers to help support the team. Mallory’s experience as a legal assistant and paralegal at Ellet Law Offices, P.C., is also valuable to Cadence.
