Kelly is a human resource professional with 15 years of progressive management experience and an extensive background in Senior Living including her most recent stint as Director of Employee Relations for Stonecrest Senior Living. Kelly has also spent time with Erickson Senior Living and Brookdale Senior Living. Kelly graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Journalism and a Masters of Management from Baker University.
As an HR Generalist, Kelly has broad experience in all area of human resources with notable experience in onboarding, performance management and training.
