Our dedication to Resident Health and Safety and affording Family Members peace of mind is paramount to our organization.  We will continue to maintain screening requirements and a high level of sanitation practices to ensure the ongoing health and safety of our residents and team members.

A Message From Cadence Founders

Cadence Principals Eric Gruber and Rob Leinbach:

We are so blessed at Cadence Living® to have benefited from the US Government’s Pharmacy Partnership for Long-Term Care Coronavirus vaccine rollout program. All of our communities have now received at least two vaccination clinics, with many communities already completed with their booster clinics. Our residents are now enjoying the benefits of post-vaccine living. In addition, Cadence Living was the first senior living company to mandate vaccinations of Cadence team members in our communities. As such, Cadence Living has one of the highest (if not the highest) team member vaccination rates in the industry. Thank you to all of our residents, loved ones, and team members for your support and dedication to the “greater good” in creating “herd immunity” in all of our communities.

Actions We Are Taking at This Time

We are accepting new residents in all communities. If you would like to schedule an in-person tour, please reach out to the individual community you are interested in. We are following all CDC protocols for your protection.

  •  All team members will continue to wear masks at all times and additional PPE when appropriate.
  • All team members will continue to observe standard contact and droplet precautions.
  • All team members will continue to be screened with their temperature taken at the entry to the community.
  • All residents will continue to self-screen and report to administration any symptoms or concerns for further observation.
  • All group activities and dining rooms are open. We do require all visitors to wear a mask when in the common areas of the community to include entering and exiting the dining room.
  • The interior of the community is open to residents for movement without restriction, with the requirement that masks are worn.
  • Residents may visit with families of loved ones in their apartments or outside of the community, including their homes. Vaccinated residents and family members do not need to wear a mask within their own apartment, however, unvaccinated residents or family members are requested to wear a mask and maintain physical distancing where possible while following state and local regulatory requirements.
  • Salon, podiatry, and therapy appointments are available by private appointment with required personal protective equipment and sanitizing and disinfecting of areas and equipment between use.
