The monthly rent includes full dining, coffee, tea service and snacks available throughout the day for Assisted Living and Memory Care. Independent Living includes a continental breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner in the dining room. Rent also includes housekeeping; personal laundry; local transportation; utilities (except phone); basic care; and a full activity calendar of social and recreational programs. We charge a community fee deposit. Additional care services in Assisted Living are billed based on level of care. Care services for Memory Care are bundled with the rent.
