Care Services FAQ at Cadence Chandler

Choose the kind of help you need

Care Services

Cadence Chandler offers these modern aging options: Independent Living, Assisted Living and Revere℠ Memory Care. This is a perfect solution for couples who live together but have different needs.

In Independent Living and Assisted Living, you can choose a studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment. Some two-bedrooms come with two baths.

Our Memory Care residents can live in a private studio. You also will have peace of mind knowing that Assisted Living services can be provided in the privacy of your apartment home and that Memory Care apartments are available should they ever be needed.

We recognize every individual is unique and don’t expect that to change just because their memory has. Programs are created throughout the community based on the rhythm of life, and in our Revere℠ Memory Care program, we take it a few steps further. A flexible approach is taken, so programming can flow with the changes each day brings. Our activities are founded upon the Seven Dimensions of Wellness: social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual and physical. We enjoy adapting to the sometimes unexpected needs of our residents, and we think they do too.

Some of our residents in Assisted Living simply require assistance managing medications, while others need various levels of care. We can assist residents with daily living activities, such as showering, dressing, grooming and even escorts to dining and activities. Each resident has a personalized service plan that is updated regularly to meet changing needs.

Our Resident Services Director assesses each resident’s care needs to create a personalized service plan that determines their level of care. Assessments are done prior to move-in, 30 days after move-in, and as needed, to ensure everyone receives as much or as little care as they need.

Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They must complete the approved training program, as mandated by the Department of Health and Human Services of the State of Arizona.
