Scottsdale, AZ. — Cadence Living announces that it has promoted Rhonda Thiel to Regional Director of Operations for the Mountain Region. Rhonda joined Cadence as Executive Director of Inspira Arrowhead in Glendale, Arizona and was instrumental in the high standards exhibited at Inspira. Prior to joining Cadence, Rhonda had senior living roles with Koelsch Communities, JEA Senior Living and Emeritus. “The culture and team that Rhonda put together at Inspira Arrowhead is phenomenal and we look forward to Rhonda ensuring that same culture at all of our communities in Arizona and Colorado,” said Cadence Principal Eric Gruber.
Anna Sarres will replace Rhonda as Executive Director at Inspira Arrowhead. Anna spent six years with Silverado in multiple roles and before that worked with Eric Gruber as Life Enrichment Director at the Sierra Pointe community in Scottsdale, Arizona. “It is great to be working again with Anna,” stated Eric Gruber, “she is the perfect fit to continue the incredible cadence begun by Rhonda.”
