Scottsdale, AZ. – Cadence Living is excited to announce that Doug Bandola has joined the corporate management team as Vice President of Talent Aggregation. Doug will have principal responsibility for designing and executing Cadence’s nationwide recruitment strategy. Doug brings over 15 years of leadership and talent recruitment experience to Cadence. Doug was most recently a Manager of Talent Acquisition for Enlivant Senior Living. His career also includes stints at Tave Risk Management, Katapult Network and Fortis Resource Partners. Doug’s recruiting experience spans across various industries including senior living, tech, insurance, sales, and finance. Doug is passionate about finding the right candidates and prides himself on building relationships with his hiring managers to ensure the best fit from both a culture and technical standpoint while providing a Team First environment.

Doug graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology. In his free time, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and four doodles; Penny, Nugget, Woody and Dylan.
