Scottsdale, AZ. – Cadence Living is excited to announce that Alan Graza has joined the corporate management team as Vice President of Health and Wellness programs for all Cadence Communities under Cadence Senior Living.
Alan is an LVN and dementia specialist who brings over 14 years of experience of Senior Living in Corporate, Regional and Community roles. Most recently Alan was the Regional Director of Health Services for Oakmont Senior Living. He has spear headed technology development in order to streamline delivery of care systems with the goal of improving the lives of seniors as well as team members. For Alan, being a nurse means not only having the knowledge to treat an illness, but also having the heart and compassion when caring for residents and communicating with their loved ones. Alan studied Sociology and Music in the California State University system and received his nursing license as an LVN from American Career College. He is excited to lead in this new role with Cadence supporting the clinical leaders and all care team members.
Alan lives in Southern California with his wife, daughter and their two dogs, Molly and Suga. He enjoys cooking, is inspired by music, dance and his faith.
