April 30th, Scottsdale, AZ. — Cadence Living, a senior housing owner, developer and operator based in Scottsdale, Arizona, broke ground on Cadence at Rancho Cucamonga, a 97-unit community in the Town Center area of Rancho Cucamonga at the corner of Church Street and Haven Avenue. The community is being developed in partnership with Coyne Development and offers a mix of independent and assisted living apartments, as well as memory care apartments. The community will offer a variety of amenities and programs to help seniors continue to pursue interests and hobbies, while living a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. Some amenities include a dog park, community garden, fitness center, salon, restaurant and bistro.

“We are excited that this community will offer future residents an extremely high walkability score as it is adjacent to restaurants and shopping in the Rancho Cucamonga Town Center,” stated Cadence Principal Rob Leinbach. “Our community should set a new standard as no other senior lifestyle community in the Rancho Cucamonga area is right in the middle of the action – which we believe is what today’s seniors desire.” The Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce as well representatives from Congressman Pete Aguilar’s office and Senator Mike Morrell’s office as well as City Council member Sam Spagnola attended the groundbreaking.

Cadence Living is currently developing, owns and/or operates communities in California, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia and Tennessee and is expanding its footprint throughout the south and west. What sets Cadence apart is the company’s devoted approach to creating healthy, vibrant communities that offer residents exceptional independent living, assisted living and memory care lifestyle options. The name “Cadence” underlines the company’s personal philosophy that each community should aspire, create and respond to life’s natural rhythms to enliven and enrich the experience of residents.
