Scottsdale, AZ. — Cadence Living announces that it has hired Dakota Seven as Regional Sales Director for the West Region. Dakota will support Vice President of Operations (West) Treva Whalen and the six California communities in Cadence’s growing portfolio on the West Coast. Dakota started her career in senior housing as a part time sales assistant with Sunrise Senior Living and that experience quickly turned into a new found and loved career in senior living sales and marketing. After Sunrise, she was a sales and marketing director for Atria Senior living, supporting redeveloped properties, lease up projects and stabilized properties in California. Most recently she worked as Regional Sales Specialist with Oakmont Management Group.
While with her previous companies, she served as a mentor for new sales directors and looks forward to developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to support Cadence and it’s growing portfolio. Dakota currently lives in Long Beach. She enjoys traveling abroad, attends concerts regularly and has a 20 year old daughter Delaney, who attends Seattle University.
