Pricing FAQ

In each community, the monthly fee includes full dining, coffee, tea service and snacks available throughout the day; housekeeping; personal laundry; local transportation; utilities (except cable and phone); basic care; and a full activity calendar of social and recreational programs. We charge a community fee deposit (a type of entry fee). Also, any charges for care services, both in Assisted Living and Memory Care, are bundled with the rent.

Cadence Living offers private-pay rental apartments. Terms are month-to-month, and no “buy-in” fee is required. Please contact your desired community for rates today!
